Extra Services

	We offer a range of extra services to allow you to tailor your stay at Froyz Hall Barn to your personal requirements.All need to be booked in advance, and we will be happy to supply further information on request.

	Catering
	If you're here for a big celebration, or would simply like someone else to do the cooking for a change, we have an arrangement with Sue Anderson, a very good local caterer, who will cook a delicious evening meal or lunch for you. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements - sample menus and prices available.

	Organic Fruit and Vegetables
	If you would like to save yourselves the hassle of doing all the grocery shopping during your stay, you can pre-order a delivery of fresh organic fruit and vegetables from Ashlyns Organics who will deliver to the door on Thursday mornings. Contact them on sales@fairorganics.co.uk or 01277 - 890188.

	Quality Wines
	We have a very good local wine merchant from whom you can pre-order wine to await you on your arrival. Please contact us for our list.

	Therapies and Fitness instruction
	Our good friend Sheila can offer you a number of therapies to help you relax and unwind. You can enjoy Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Swedish massage all in the comfort of the barn. If you would like some fitness advice during your stay, our fitness instructor Mandy can work with you on a one to one basis. If you would like a therapy or fitness session then please mention this when you book the barn so we can arrange a time to suit you best.

	Good Nutrition
	We are passionate about health and nutrition at Froyz Hall and promote the eating of fruit and vegetables essential for the prevention of degenerative diseases. There are often talks going on at the Froyz Hall on this subject and if this is of interest to you then we are happy to arrange one during your stay. 	Horse Riding
	We have plenty of stabling if you wish to bring your own horse, and can also arrange riding lessons with our local riding school, The Towerlands Equestrian Centre.
